Sophos configure updating greyed

Inside configure updating all the options for Primary Server and Secondary server Autoupdate are greyed out.

Try to change it and you will see that it is greyed out.

Note: to do this, you will need to stop the Sophos Update Service.

We went about installing Sophos on the computers that worked from home and realised an issue with one user.
